Master Bedroom and Bathroom #2 (Downstairs) - King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, lounge chair, couch, big screen TV, direct access to patio, ensuite bathroom featuring double vanity sinks, large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and soaker tub.

Master Bedroom #3 (Upstairs) - King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, lounge chair, bench, Jack and Jill bathroom shared with Bunk Room featuring large walk-in shower.

Bunk Room (Upstairs) - 2 triple stacked full bunk beds, bench, big screen TV, Jack and Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #3. 

Jack and Jill Shared Bathroom #3 (Upstairs) - This Jack and Jill full bathroom is shared between master bedroom #3 and the bunk room. 

Loft Area - Shuffleboard, pool table, pre-loaded arcade table

Half Bath / Laundry Room (Downstairs) - Full-size washer and dryer, fire extinguisher, sink, and toilet

Outdoor Living - Patio furniture, gas fireplace, big screen TV, private hot tub, firepit with seating for 10.

General - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Free Wi-Fi. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 18 guests, with no exceptions.

Located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities.  It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-cart's, and a great petting zoo.

Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies.
