Policies and Cancellations
POLICIES:
- There will be a 3-night minimum on Holidays, Holiday weekends, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Spring Breaks, ETC.
- Bravo Cabin Rentals, LLC requires that 50% of the total cost be paid at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance will be due 14 days before arrival.
- The guest must be 25 years of age or older to book.
- ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS!
- All check-in information will be provided via text and email 24 hours before arrival.
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and Check-Out is at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out at 11:00 AM without prior approval may result in additional fees.
- PLEASE NO SMOKING IN THE CABINS, you may smoke outside and away from the cabin. Please rid of your cigarette butts before leaving the cabin.
- Bravo Cabin Rentals, LLC will not be held responsible for any personal items left at the cabin. PLEASE check for all personal belongings before you leave the cabin. We will mail back any items left behind for a $20 fee, plus the cost of shipping.
PET POLICY:
- Some cabins are pet-friendly, please check the individual cabin pages or the Pet-Friendly drop-down for all pet-friendly properties.
- Please do not bring a pet to a non-pet-friendly cabin.
- PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR PET IN THE HOT TUB.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- We understand things happen and you might need to cancel your reservation. Bravo Cabin Rentals, LLC will offer a full refund of the amount paid if you are canceling 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival.
- If you are 29-14 days before your scheduled arrival, Bravo Cabin Rentals, LLC will offer a 50% refund.
- (Example 1: If you have only paid the initial payment of 50% of the total booking price, Bravo Cabin Rentals, LLC will not charge the remaining balance.)
- (Example 2: If the booking has already been paid in full, Bravo Cabin Rentals, LLC will refund 50% of the full amount minus the $50 processing fee.)
- Any cancellations incurring 13 days or less will result in no refund issued or offered.
- ALL CANCELLATIONS THAT RESULT IN A REFUND BEING ISSUED WILL INCUR A $50 PROCESSING FEE.
- We cannot refund shortened stays within 14 days of your scheduled arrival.
- Please call and email your cancellation request! You must receive a cancellation confirmation email from us before your cancellation is final.
- Bravo Cabin Rentals, LLC does not issue any refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires.
- Conditions of the lake and surrounding areas are not reasons for cancellations.
