Welcome to Casa Agave, a stunning vacation retreat located in the serene woods of Broken Bow. This Spanish revival-themed cabin offers a perfect mix of tranquility and convenience, with easy access to local restaurants and attractions. The property exudes charm and authenticity, providing a unique and memorable stay for up to 16 guests in its four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and bunk room.

The living room is a cozy haven with a large couch, accent chairs, coffee tables, a stucco gas fireplace, and a big-screen TV. Guests can unwind in the reading nook or enjoy some friendly competition on the custom-made arcade console loaded with over 1,000 games.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts a large granite island, a coffee bar stocked with flavored syrups, and all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals. The dining area features a table for 10 and additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island, perfect for gathering together for meals and conversation.

The first master bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, nightstands, a big-screen TV, and direct access to the back deck. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity sink and a spacious walk-in shower, with all necessary linens and toiletries provided for a comfortable stay. The second Master Bedroom and Bathroom offers a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a closet with hangers, a big-screen TV, and direct access to a private deck. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity sink and a large walk-in shower, providing a relaxing space for guests. All necessary amenities such as linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are thoughtfully provided for a comfortable stay.

The third Master Bedroom and Bathroom also boasts a king-size bed, nightstands, a big-screen TV, and direct access to a private deck, ensuring a cozy and convenient stay. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity sink and a large walk-in shower, offering a refreshing experience. Guests can enjoy the provided linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for added convenience.

Moving on to the fourth Master Bedroom and Bathroom located upstairs, guests will find a spacious room with a king-size bed, nightstands, a closet, and a big-screen TV.. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower, providing a luxurious experience. Just like the other rooms, all linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included for a hassle-free stay.

The Bunk Room/Loft area bathroom located upstairs offers a fun and entertaining space with double-stacked twin-size bunks, triple-stacked queen-size bunks, and a big-screen TV. Guests can enjoy games like shuffleboard and air hockey in this lively room. This area is perfect for families or groups looking for a playful and enjoyable stay during their vacation.

This outdoor living space is the epitome of luxury and entertainment. With seating for up to 6 people, you can gather your friends and family for a cozy and comfortable outdoor experience. The large day bed swing adds a touch of relaxation, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. The outdoor dining area is perfect for hosting gatherings, as it can accommodate up to 10 people. What sets it apart is the versatile table that doubles as a ping pong table, providing endless entertainment for both kids and adults.

The gas fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, allowing you to extend your outdoor enjoyment even during cooler evenings. The outdoor kitchen area is a chef's dream, equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the company of your loved ones. For entertainment purposes, a big-screen TV is available, allowing you to watch your favorite shows or sports events while basking in the beauty of nature. And if that's not enough, a private hot tub awaits you, providing the ultimate relaxation experience.

The backyard itself is a playground, featuring string lights that illuminate the area, creating a magical ambiance when the sun goes down. You can continue the fun with a game of horseshoes, while your children explore the custom play set complete with a climbing wall, swing set, and spider swings. In front of the house, a porch swing and multiple Adirondack chairs offer a picturesque spot to start your day by watching the sunrise or unwind with a good book. This outdoor living space truly offers everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable experience, combining comfort, entertainment, and relaxation in one place.

**Firewood Provided**

General Information - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin’s entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty if you are in a rural area. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 16, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities.  It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

 Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
