Everything was great. Beautiful home. Responsive host. The only downfall was the 6 hour power outage that couldn’t be controlled by the hostess but apparently is a common thing for that area.

Hannah - Posted: 6/21/2026

Thanks so much for staying with us! We're so glad you enjoyed the cabin and that our team was able to help whenever you needed us. We really appreciate your understanding about the power outage. While it's unfortunately something that can happen in our area from time to time, we're always here to help however we can when it does. We'd love to have you back for another stay! 🏡😊

Seven miles from Beaver Bend State Park HQ. No restaurants close by. Quiet and enjoyable. Great layout for a 3 bedroom and 3 bath house. Plenty of space.

Had a truly great experience at this cabin. Nicer than the pictures. Beds were all very comfortable—master beds are memory foam, which are firm at first, but they soften over time. Great kitchen and living room with 20’ ceilings. My three teens loved the retro video games and the hot tub. Fast internet speeds. We used the EV charging outlet, located conveniently to the right of the front door—good power. Lovely mornings on the patio with coffee. Grill in good working condition. Big stash of firewood available, but was too wet to burn. Likely need to buy your own during wet winter weather. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of other cabins around but we didn’t feel too crowded. The entire property is covered with gravel, so no muddy shoes. This is a very nice cabin, well worth it. Will be back!

We had such a great time at the cabin! We had 4 adults and 3 toddlers. It was the perfect spot and we plan to use it every year. It’s close to town and it’s so peaceful. We had nights by the fire, in the hot tub, out playing with the provided games, etc. Highly recommend

It exceeded our expectations! The home and yard were immaculate and the location was perfect. Far enough out for privacy but close enough to all the local attractions to make travel easy. Was our first trip to the Broken Bow area but on any future trips to the area this will be our first choice!

Mihir - Posted: 1/13/2026

My wife and I rented this home for our family Christmas. My two adult daughters, one son in law and two small grandsons stayed here. The location is remote without being too far from town. While the remoteness was ideal, the gravel road getting there was a bit of a hassle with all the dust. This was not a factor at the home, it just covered our vehicles getting there. When we walked through the door, it was obvious the owner took time for the little details like a beautiful lit Christmas tree and soft music with a Christmas scene on the tv. It felt like coming home to a perfect house. Inside the dual split master bedrooms and bunk room was ideal for us. The mattresses in the main bedrooms were memory foam and not the highest quality and just “okay”. However the mattresses in the bunk room were subpar and our one adult daughter couldn’t sleep on them. Our only other complaint was the quality of the television in the living room. The picture was good but the sound quality was lackking and hard to understand (even for the younger ones). The backyard was perfect with its hot tub, cozy covered porch with gas fire pit. Further in the backyard is the play set, horseshoes and wood fire pit. If you’re looking for the perfect place for a family escape, you’ll love this one!

Thank you so much for sharing such a detailed and heartfelt review of your family Christmas stay. We love hearing that the cabin felt welcoming from the moment you arrived—those little holiday touches are meant to make it feel just like home, and we’re so glad they made an impression. It’s wonderful to know the layout worked well for your family and that you enjoyed the outdoor spaces, from the hot tub and covered porch to the playset and fire pits. We truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the road conditions, mattresses, and living room television. Input like this is incredibly helpful, and we’ve shared your comments with the owner so they can be reviewed for future improvements. We’re always looking for ways to enhance comfort and the overall guest experience. Thank you again for choosing the cabin for such a special family gathering. We’re honored to have hosted your holiday and would love to welcome you back for another relaxing escape in the future.

The best cabin I have stayed in! Close to amenities but still secluded and quiet. Luxury furnishings and bedding. Amazing back porch and fire pit area. We didn’t want to leave. Great for a couple get away or family with kids. We are already planning a return trip! Now that we found this, we won’t stay anywhere else

Beautiful place for our family getaway! Space was modern, clean, and perfect for our toddlers. Outdoor space was great with the play area/swings, fire pit, and patio overlooking both. Added bonus was that it was a few minutes away from the main road. Host was very responsive to the few questions that we had. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Kim’s cabin for christmas. The cabin was just as beautiful as it was portrayed on the website! The scenery was absolutely amazing and the asthetics of the house made it feel wonderful. They provided just what we needed to make our stay magical. We had 4 kids ranging from 6-9 and the host provided plenty of stuff for everyone to enjoy their stay! They even had “The night before Christmas” book sitting on the coffee table! That was very thoughtful and we got to read it to our kids during our stay! It was an amazing stay! We look forward to coming back and booking again through Bravo!
