Living Room – Two pull-out couches, a recliner, side tables, a gas fireplace, a big screen TV, and a shuffleboard.

Kitchen and Dining - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and eat meals during your stay. You will find standard appliances, an oven, a coffee maker and Keurig K-cup, flatware, drinkware, dishes, cookware, bakeware, a toaster, a blender, etc. You will have two separate dining tables with seating for 8 at one and 4 at the other. There will be additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #1 – A king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a TV, a closet with hangers, a dresser, and a chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom will feature double vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a soaker tub. (All Linens and shower necessities are provided)

Loft Area – The loft area will feature another sleeper sofa with bedding, a pool table, an abundance of card and board games, a large TV, and even an XBOX!

Outdoor Living- Step outside to continue livin' large! You will find a private hot tub, a gas grill (propane provided), outdoor seating, a picnic bench to seat 4, a wood-burning fireplace, and a big-screen TV. Off the porch, you will find a firepit with seating for 9, another picnic table, a playset for the kiddos, horseshoes, and cornhole!

General - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Free Wi-Fi and gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 12 guests, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoor activities you want boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies.
