The living room in this spacious floor plan offers ample seating options, perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing with the family. It features a smart HDTV for your entertainment needs, a sofa table stocked with various games, and a cozy gas fireplace to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen and dining area provide plenty of space for hosting large gatherings. The dining table can comfortably seat 10 people, while the kitchen island offers additional seating with 6 bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare a gourmet meal. From the extra-large refrigerator/freezer and double oven to the Keurig K-cup/drip machine coffee bar, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. The kitchen also includes a wide range of cookware, bakeware, and kitchen gadgets such as a crock pot, toaster, hand mixer, blender, and more.

The first master bedroom, located downstairs, boasts a luxurious king bed, nightstands, and a smart HDTV for your entertainment. The built-in outdoor kitchen comes equipped with a 4-burner gas grill, outdoor refrigerator, and a smart HDTV, making it easy to cook and entertain outdoors. Multiple seating areas, a gas fireplace, two hot tubs in a private gazebo, an outdoor dining table for 8, a fire pit with seating for 12, trickling creek, corn hole, giant Jenga, darts, Connect4, two hammocks, and kids seating ensure that there's something for everyone to enjoy in this outdoor oasis.

General - Double washer/dryer with additional half bath, large flat circle drive for easy in/out boat parking, smart HDTVs throughout the cabin with Hulu + Live TV subscription provided on all TVs. The bedding for a sleeper sofa is located in the laundry room. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin’s entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities.  It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

 Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
