The Arrington cabin is the perfect choice for those seeking a luxurious yet rustic experience in the heart of Hochatown. Situated on over an acre of land, this two-story cabin offers a serene and peaceful environment surrounded by tall pines. With 3 bedrooms, including 2 King and 1 Queen, and 2 bathrooms, there is ample space for a comfortable stay. The cabin features walk-in closets in each bedroom, providing plenty of storage space for your belongings.

The great room is the ideal space for spending quality time with family and friends. It boasts a large leather sofa, a leather loveseat, and a gas fireplace, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Entertainment is taken care of with a big-screen HDTV and a collection of books for all ages. For added comfort, there are throw blankets available to snuggle up with.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped to meet all your needs. The dining table can accommodate up to 8 people, perfect for enjoying meals together. Additionally, there is an island with seating for 2, providing a convenient spot for quick bites or casual conversations. The full-size pantry ensures you have all the essentials for your stay, and the kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dinnerware, and more. Cleaning up is a breeze with dish soap and dishwasher detergent provided.

The master bedroom on the ground floor offers a luxurious retreat. It features a comfortable king-size bed, nightstands on both sides and a large dresser for your belongings. The spacious walk-in closet not only provides ample storage but also includes hangers and games for your entertainment. A lounge chair offers a cozy spot to relax, and a big-screen HDTV ensures you can unwind with your favorite shows. With direct access to the patio, you can step outside and enjoy the fresh air at your convenience.

The full bathroom is a luxurious and well-equipped space that offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient experience. Featuring double vanity sinks, you and your partner can comfortably get ready for the day ahead. The makeup vanity provides a dedicated area for applying cosmetics or grooming. The private toilet ensures privacy, while the hair dryer allows you to quickly dry your hair. Additionally, the tub shower combo offers the flexibility of both a soothing bath and a refreshing shower.

The second master bedroom located upstairs is a cozy and inviting retreat that guarantees a restful night's sleep. Furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, you can sink into its plushness after a long day of activities. The nightstands on both sides provide convenient storage for your personal belongings, while the large dresser offers ample space for your clothes. The closet with hangers ensures your garments stay organized and wrinkle-free. For entertainment, there is a DVD player and a big-screen HDTV, allowing you to enjoy your favorite movies or shows in the comfort of your room.

The third master bedroom is a spacious and elegant sanctuary that exudes luxury. Featuring a king-size bed, you can indulge in ultimate comfort and relaxation. The full bathroom is a well-appointed bathroom that caters to your needs. The shower/tub combo offers the flexibility of both a quick shower or a leisurely soak. The single vanity sink provides ample space for your toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need within reach. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience, allowing you to style your hair effortlessly.

The Outdoor Living area of this property is designed to provide guests with a delightful and relaxing experience. The wrap-around porch offers a charming space to enjoy the surrounding views, and two rocking chairs at the front invite guests to sit back and unwind. A picnic table is available for outdoor dining, allowing guests to savor their meals in the fresh air. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, a gas grill is provided, allowing guests to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the outdoor ambiance. To further enhance the relaxation experience, a hot tub is available, providing a soothing retreat for guests to unwind and rejuvenate.

The property also offers various recreational activities for guests to enjoy. A built-in fire pit creates a cozy atmosphere for gathering around and roasting marshmallows or sharing stories. A horseshoe pit is available for friendly competitions, while ladder ball offers a fun and engaging game for all ages. Additionally, a seesaw and children's playset are provided, ensuring that younger guests have plenty of entertainment options during their stay. Overall, this property offers a well-equipped and inviting outdoor living space, allowing guests to make the most of their vacation and create lasting memories with family and friends.

General - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Baby gate available in laundry closet. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 6, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities.  It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

 Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
