Plus, there is room to park ATV trailers and boats, making it even more convenient for guests with outdoor equipment.

The interior of this mountain retreat is designed for spacious comfort and enjoyment. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace and a big-screen HDTV, creating a warm and inviting space. The open-concept kitchen and living area are perfect for hanging out together. Adjacent to the kitchen, a stylish seating area is ideal for cocktails and conversations. The kitchen itself offers island seating for four, a bistro table, and extensive counter space, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a wine fridge, double oven, and regular drip coffee maker. Essential cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dinnerware are also provided. Additionally, a separate dining area with a farm table and bench seating offers a charming setting for meals and gatherings.

The cabin offers 6 King Master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, nightstands, and well-furnished amenities. All 6 suites have direct patio access, ensuring you can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views. Both third-floor master suites also include triple-stacked twin-size bunk beds and an attached bathroom with double vanity sinks and a shower tub combo, making them ideal for families traveling with young children. The ensuite bathrooms for the other 4 master bedrooms are equally impressive, with large walk-in showers, double vanity sinks, and plush robes. This setup provides ample space and convenience for families, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay for all.

The second floor reading nook provides a serene retreat, featuring a comfortable leather couch, a chair, and a designated workstation, perfect for unwinding with a good book or catching up on work. On the third floor, the expansive bunk room is a highlight, featuring triple-stacked twin-size bunk beds and a large leather sofa, ideal for both sleeping and lounging. This versatile space also includes a mini fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, a sink, and a big-screen TV for movie nights. For added entertainment, you'll find a ping pong table, a game table with a chess set, and an arcade game.

You can take in the breathtaking scenery as you relax by the pool, which includes six sun chairs for lounging poolside and two additional lounge chairs in the pool sun deck. A gas fire pit by the pool, accompanied by a sectional couch, offers a cozy spot for gathering. General Information – Two full-size washers and dryers are available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board.(The outdoor private pool can only be heated from March to October for a fee of $250 per day and must be heated for the entire stay.)  Fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's front and back entrances, as well as 1 camera facing the front of the cabin and pickleball court. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not exceed maximum occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area. For any cancellation processed in which a refund is due to the guest, there will be a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 21 with NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities.  It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

 Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
