The Overlook at Boulder Ridge

This place is immaculate. So new and modern. All the bathrooms are great. Beds are high quality. Pool was warm. Multiple ice makers. Loved it.

Great house for a large group. We were 10 adults and 8 children and never felt crowded. All of the beds were very comfortable and the huge wrap around porch served as another room. There was a lot to do in the area, but with the pool and pickleball courts there were days when we didn't even leave the house. The pool has a fence and gates surrounding it so we felt very safe with young children. Would recommend renting the golf cart, it was fun to ride around the area. Neither the ice maker in the freezer or the second ice maker were working. I contacted Kim and someone came to take a look and brought a couple of bags of ice at that time. The problem didn't get resolved during our stay so we just had to buy ice another time or two. It wasn't a big deal and I would definitely stay at this house again.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're so glad the cabin was a great fit for your group and that everyone had plenty of space to relax. It's great to hear you enjoyed the pool, pickleball court, wraparound porch, and that the pool fence gave you peace of mind with the little ones. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the ice makers. We're glad our team was able to respond quickly and provide ice while we worked on the issue. Thank you for your recommendation, and we can't wait to welcome you back for another family getaway! 🏡

This house is absolutely incredible! The home provided 18 of us (8 adults and 10 kids) with a great getaway for the week. There is plenty of room to spread out and lots to do around the house - whether it’s pickleball, basketball, pool, hot tub, ping pong or taking advantage of great patio spaces, we certainly didn’t lack for options. The pictures do not do this place justice. As a few others have noted, the views off of the back decks, especially the upper deck, are absolutely incredible. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our getaway. On top of all of that, Kim was always super responsive and helpful to make sure we had a great stay. Cannot recommend this property enough!

Thank you so much! We’re so glad everyone had such a great time! It sounds like you made the most of everything from pickleball and the hot tub to just hanging out on those back decks. We're happy the cabin had plenty of room for your whole group, and we totally agree...the views are even better in person! Thanks for the awesome review, and we hope to have you all back again soon! 🏡🌲

We spent Easter weekend at this fabulous property and let me tell you…we are ruined now!! This place is absolutely incredible! It looked exactly like the pictures, except better if that’s even possible. The sunsets from the third floor balcony will forever be burned in my mind as one of the most spectacular memories in my life. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, ping pong, fire pit, and all the amenities gave us so much to do that we hardly left once we checked in. The kitchen is a chefs dream. The beds are super high end luxury quality, I slept amazing each night! This was a fabulous weekend that we will never forget. Very thankful to have found this place…now back to work so that we can save up to come again!! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay with a large group of friends and kids. The home was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We loved the Pickleball court, the large pool, and the beautiful views. The area was peaceful and relaxing, with nearby walking trails, and we brought our side-by-side for some great trail riding. We rented this house to gather with several families to spend time with for Spring Break! 8 adults and 11 kids, everyone fit very comfortably! For us, it's hard to find a home with 2 separate bunk rooms to divide up the girls and boys, so this was really great! The arrowheads around the playground kept our kids busy for hours and they loved it! Nice touch! One of our favorite things was ATV riding around the area! Lots of fun trails, we downloaded the map they recommended and were able to ride all around our cabin on trails. Highly recommend bringing your ATV if you stay here! The view was fantastic, the kitchen is probably one of the best stocked kitchens in a rental we've ever had (even an air fryer!!! life saver with quick kid meals!) The porch heaters were a bonus! So thankful for our time away in such a great space!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Overlook at Boulder Ridge in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. This cabin offered a stunning view and a cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect getaway. The cabin was well-equipped with modern amenities while retaining a rustic charm. We even found arrowheads on the property, adding a unique touch to our adventure! The glow-in-the-dark pool was a highlight, looking like a galaxy at night and making for a magical experience. Our family also enjoyed playing on the pickleball court, which added to the fun and active experience. I highly recommend The Overlook at Boulder Ridge for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the great outdoors.

We had the most incredible company retreat at this beautiful cabin! Our group of 12 had more than enough space to relax and enjoy the amazing cabin amenities! The pickleball court was a big hit - it brought out our competitive spirit and added a lot of fun to our trip. We also spent plenty of time by the pool, soaking up the sun and unwinding. One of the highlights was watching the deer come up to the feeder from the back porch while sipping on our morning coffee! It was such a peaceful and serenade experience. And those sunsets - absolutely stunning! We couldn’t get enough of the view as the sun dipped behind the trees, lighting up the sky in breathtaking color! We had a great phot backdrop to say the least! This cabin was the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. We’re already planning to come back for our next retreat. Highly recommend!

The Overlook at Boulder Ridge was perfect for our extended family. There was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor amenities were a big hit! The huge pool with cooling jets and sun deck was perfect for our crew. We had a blast on the pickleball and basketball courts. Frisbee golf was also a treat. Our little ones practically lived in the multilevel playset and swingset. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck areas and the top deck has a view that’s hard to beat! Our crew saw plenty of wildlife at the feeder including plenty of whitetail deer, and a beautiful bobcat. One of our favorite activities was taking the golf cart right down the road to some beautiful creeks and streams, we also were able to access the national forest from the neighborhood . We can’t wait to go back!
