Welcome to New Beginnings, a charming cottage-style cabin nestled in the North of Hochatown. When you arrive, you'll be pleased to find a convenient circle drive that makes parking a breeze. Stepping through the front door, you'll be greeted by a stunning kitchen that is fully stocked with all the essentials for your stay. Whether you're whipping up a quick meal or enjoying a leisurely dinner, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.

This pet-friendly retreat also welcomes your furry friends, with a fee of $125 per pet. You can bring along two dogs, each weighing up to 25lbs, ensuring that your four-legged companions can join in on the fun.

The living room offers a cozy and inviting space to relax and unwind. Sink into the large couch or lounge chair, wrap yourself in a soft throw blanket, and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. For entertainment, there's a big-screen HDTV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The kitchen and dining area are thoughtfully designed to cater to your needs. The fully stocked kitchen boasts an island with seating for four, as well as a dining table that can accommodate the same number of guests. From a coffee pot to a blender, from flatware to cookware, you'll find everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals.

The master bedroom, located downstairs, offers a comfortable queen-size bed, side tables with stools, and two suitcase stands for your convenience. With direct access to the patio, you can step outside and enjoy the fresh air whenever you please.

The master bathroom is a luxurious retreat in itself. Featuring double vanity sinks, a private toilet, and a spacious walk-in shower with a soaker tub and double shower heads, you'll feel pampered and relaxed during your stay.

Upstairs, you'll find a loft area with a full-size bed, a cubby table for storage, and a full-size mirror. This cozy space provides additional sleeping arrangements and a quiet spot to retreat to.

Outdoor living is a highlight of New Beginnings. The patio is furnished with comfortable seating, a ping pong table, cornhole, dart board, a gas fireplace, and a gas grill, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. The private hot tub offers a soothing soak, while the outdoor dining table provides seating for four. And for those chilly evenings, gather around the fire pit with seating for four, with firewood provided for your convenience.

General - Full-size washer and dryer are on-site for all your laundry needs. Gas fireplaces are seasonal (October 1st to May 15th). Under the sink, you will find the first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 4 guests, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities.  It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

 Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
