This luxurious vacation rental boasts a beautifully furnished living room complete with two large leather sofas, two accent chairs, a coffee table, side tables, a gas fireplace, and a big-screen TV for your entertainment needs. The half bathroom is conveniently located off the living room for easy access.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals during your stay. The dining table can seat up to 10 guests, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island, making it perfect for family gatherings or dinner parties.

The main floor features two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, nightstands, a dresser, a big-screen TV, and direct access to the patio for a relaxing outdoor retreat. Both ensuite bathrooms offer double vanity sinks, large walk-in showers, and private toilets, with all linens and toiletries provided for your convenience.

The third master bedroom located downstairs is a luxurious retreat with a spacious King-size bed, providing ultimate comfort for a restful night's sleep. The room is tastefully furnished with nightstands on both sides of the bed, allowing easy access to personal belongings. A dresser is also included, offering ample storage space for clothing and accessories. For entertainment, a big-screen TV is provided, ensuring guests can enjoy their favorite shows and movies. Additionally, this bedroom offers direct access to the downstairs patio, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the fresh air at their convenience.

The downstairs bunkroom is perfect for accommodating larger groups or families. It features three sets of double-stacked Queen-size bunk beds, providing plenty of sleeping space for multiple guests. A dresser is available for storing personal items, and two arcade games offer hours of entertainment for both kids and adults. A big-screen TV is also provided, ensuring everyone can enjoy their favorite shows or movies together in this cozy and fun-filled room.

The shared downstairs bathroom is designed with convenience and comfort in mind. It features double vanity sinks, allowing multiple guests to get ready simultaneously. The shower-tub combo provides the option for a quick shower or a relaxing bath. A private toilet ensures privacy, and all necessary linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, eliminating the need for guests to bring their own.

The final downstairs master bedroom and bathroom offer a luxurious and private retreat within the property. The bedroom features a King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, and a dresser for convenient storage. A big-screen TV is also provided for entertainment. Adjacent to the living area, a private office space is provided, allowing guests to attend to any work or personal matters in a quiet and dedicated area.

This spacious patio area is equipped with two comfortable couches, 4 swivel chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs, and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and serene surroundings. Descend the stairs to discover the inviting firepit area, complete with seating for 6 people. Gather around the fire pit with your loved ones, roast marshmallows, and share stories while enjoying the warmth and ambiance of a crackling fire under the starlit sky.

Transition to the main floor balcony and be greeted by a luxurious outdoor oasis. This balcony boasts a gas fireplace, two plush couches, 2 swivel chairs, a big-screen TV for entertainment, a private hot tub for relaxation, and a convenient gas grill for cooking up delicious meals al fresco. Whether you're unwinding with a good book, hosting a barbecue, or simply soaking in the hot tub, this balcony offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment for your outdoor enjoyment.

General Information - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet upstairs and downstairs. Fireplaces are seasonally available (October to May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin’s entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty if you are in a rural area. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 20, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities.  It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

 Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
